Until I started using a terry towelling type protector when I bought my last matteras there were always multiple pee stains on mine. The last one was so bad I burned it as I wouldn't dare have let any one see it. When I was a kid my bed my matteras was often seen as it dried outside in the sun. I never really worried about anyone knowing then.
