I feel for her but, I can understand the business owners stance. I am incontinent and wear diapers for it, when I stay at a hotel I tell them upfront of my needs and they are happy to waterproof the mattress. I must admit it is not the most comfortable to sleep on some of the precautions they take but diapers do leak. I have been thanked many times for being upfront about it rather than come up with wet bedding and damaged mattress.
