Thanks for replying Colin, it's always a relief to know that I'm not the only one who doesn't like protection.
I introduced my girlfriend now my wife into it gradually. First I admitted that I liked wet knickers. She just asked how wet? Needless to say the answer was "very wet"!
After early difficulty (bladder shyness mostly) she managed it, and later we introduced it into sex play in bed. It is just enormously fortunate that she doesn't like the feel of rubber sheets etc. Of course it's easier when we are in a hotel bed and have occasionally REALLY soaked the place.
Drinking a few pints of beer in the bar works best and there have been times when we've not made it to the room and the stairs or lift have received a soaking as well!
