Somehow I think nappies/diapers send a signal to your brain that it is ok to just let go. Since I started wetting in my sleep which happens several nights a week any way. If I war nappies I will wet every night. I have a feeling that I would fairly quickly end up totally dependant on nappies day and night if I wore them all the time so for this reason I don't
