LOL - your third item really exists - more or less!
There is a man called Goldenfluid who posts here (just scroll down) and owns a hotel in Edinburgh. He says all the beds are protected, and he seems quite interested if guests wet themselves!
If I ever need to go to Edinburg, I know where I will stay!
