I travel a lot for business and since I am as likely to wet my bed as not, I generally travel with pull up diapers, rubber pants and a protective sheet with cloth on the top, but vinyl on the bottom. I pack them all in a large clear plastic zip lock sweater bag. On short trips, I do not check luggage and walk on with a rolling suitcase. This of course means you take it through security. I was at the Denver airport earlier this winter and it was packed during one of the snowstorms. They have one central security line that everyone funnels through. I was on my way home and in my suitcase was my zip locked bag with my "stuff" in it. For some reason, the guy in X-ray did not like something in my suitcase. So he is staring at his screen-then he calls another guy over. They decide they need to look inside. So right there at the end of the line he opens my suitcase and starts removing the stuff-The item they are looking for turns out to be a shampoo bottle that was too big, but in the meantime my clear plastic bag of stuff is sitting on the baggage counter for what seems like for ever to be seen by anyone that walks by. Right there to be seen on the top of the clear plastic bag are a pair of still damp pull up cloth diapers (that have been used for there intended purpose the night before !) and powder blue plastic pants, both obviously in a large adult size. I don't think I have ever been that embarrassed in my life ! The agent that is going through my bag gives me the dumbest look as he repacks my suitcase. That is a story that will be heard around the tavern after work I am sure.
