I'd imagine that airport security guards are pretty used to seeing unusual things. I mean, think about the story that was just on t.v. in the U.S. about a woman being searched because her nipple rings made the metal detectors go off. Granted, adult diapers are a lot more unusual (and embarrassing, to me at least)to take through security, but I'm not that surprised that the officer wasn't surprised. When you said that you explained it, what actual explanation did you give? Was it "oh, the stuff if for my medical problem", or "I get turned on by wearing diapers"? lol.
