Yes, they are very good.One will last me 6 to 8 hours with no leaks,and the inner padding does not fall down an clump up in the crotch. As far as night wetting,I have found that a soaker diaper inside a secure x-plus diaper,along with a pair of plastic pants usually will keep me dry.
I have worn attends,molicare,abena x-plus,and a lot of others over the years. They are all good,but the secure x-plu,or bambinos,seem to hold up better for me,and the tapes are very good.
