Dude, your girlfriend has already done so much for you in accepting to wear a diaper for you and accepting that you wear them.
A relationship is a two way street, compromise, if she wants to have intercourse more then give it to her. She has needs as well. You can't have it all your way, it just doesn't work like that.
If you start giving her more of what she wants she might return the favour.
Failure to do so I fear will ruin what you have with her.
Please take on board what I've said and remember that not all the girls names you see posted are from girls. I'm not saying they're all men posting as girls (women may post as men... you just don't know) but you've got to bear it in mind that not everything you see is real.
