I ordered several Omutsu pants a few years back. The lady I dealt with had a grasp of english and we were able to complete the transaction (via email) successfully.
About a year later their website changed to say that they were no longer selling outside of Japan. At that stage the English version of their website went offline.
I haven't been in touch with them since.
