OK, my wife is a great gauge of these things because she is Really not into it says, "she probably just thinks diapers are funny, like the rest of us."
Now grant you that is just one opinion. I think your best course of action is, the next time she makes a reference, look her straight in the eye and say, "I am so turned on right now." If her reaction is not what you hoped for, you too can play it off as a joke. If she is not into it, she will probably think that is the funniest thing you've ever said.
