I'd say she is interested, but the question is "Can she deal with admitting she is interested?"
I see you are not jumping at the chance to be first there either!
Try being subtle. She makes a potential DL comment, you grab her ass / nibble her neck / do whatever it is that you do when your strongly suggesting sex is a good plan. She'll likely get the association.
Or just get brave and say at some point "You'd look great in a nappy!"
