well honesty isn't really the issue here. I'd only tell her if you wanted her to get involved. Otherwise, couples have plenty of interests that their partners don't know about.
i can't believe anyone would choose diapers over an actual human being. That's why so many of you guys on here are single or looking for diapermates!!!!
