Well there isn't much in the way of nurseries since my ex and I closed down Thainursery.com
As for nappies/diapers. you can go to any supermarket and buy adult nappies. No one will even look at you. I saw so many people buying them, but I think it is a normal way of life with the old in thailand to wear them.
