I'd say that the attends are thicker than the depends, but no where near the thickness of a abena.... if I had to choose between attends, and depends... I'd actually go with Depends.
As far as "bulkiest/loudest", well, I've only tried what they sell at XP, and so I can't advise you on that... I don't remember them being very loud.
