Depends are OK to wear in public.
Really, that rustle from the plastic disappears under clothing, and then add in the background noise of normal life, and you'd be amazed at how much people just really don't care. No one knows, no one expects it, so no one is looking for it (except other AB's)
with that out of the way, I've never tried Tena, but I have no need, because Depends work out just fine for me, going in public.... oh yea, and I tried the "Abri-Wing" stuff from XPMedical and those were pretty good in public too, but thicker and more absorbent. Pretty comfy too...
