I'm doing it. My shit luckily doesn't smell too bad, so it's only when I get in very close proximity to other people that they will notice (e.g. elevator or in line at a check out or in public transport). Luckily I have never had a really negative response. The worst were giggles. Otherwise no obvious reaction. I do hide the diapers with a long jacket, so even if someone notices/smells something they can not immediately identify me by checking my bulky bum.
