I don't do diapers, but I have loaded my underwear in public quite a few times. I agree with most of the other posts who say that most people don't notice. There are others who check their toddlers, that is also true. A few will whisper and giggle. I only had a scary reaction one time when I did it in a convenience store late at night and some drunk guy who was in line behind me started saying, "I think there's a big baby in here who needs to change their diapers!" I do enjoy the whispers, stares, and giggles, but that was over the top and really scary.
