I have, many times. Sometimes it is not obvious and when it is most people don't make any reaction. If you really smell bad some people will stare, giggle or whisper but most of the times I had that happen it was because I soaked my diaper so much that it leaked on my jeans. Wet jeans gives it away more than anything. Some people start checking their kids for accidents and don't expect that an adult messed themselves.
