Well, my Cantonese is a little rusty these days.. but from what I can gather.. she is telling about the weak batteries in the vibrator that is firmly planted up her ass underneath her drenched nappy.
She goes on to complain about the price of batteries and nappies and how she is looking for a boyfriend to change her nappies and help pay for a constant supply of batteries for her anal vibrator..
Can't promise it is word for word, but something along those lines..
