We have struggled in the same way that you have. We are yet to find a company that will ship to the UK from the States. We were able to get some through a kind DL friend who lives in the US.
However, we are told that there is now a Dutch importer that might ship to the UK. I do not know as have not asked them but you could try. The link is http://www.dldirect.eu/
