I just started using the Abena Abri-Form X Plus and Abri-Form Plus. The Plus are great for daytime use. They are nearly silent, not too bulky and hold way more than Depends or Attends. Depends are easily the noisiest.
The best part of using Abena is that they are cheaper for me to get than Depends! I get them at KCKMedical.com which is close enough to pick them up in will call. The X Plus are just 14.50 and the Plus are 12.50! Depends are 13.50 at Walmart and suck by comparison.
The only thing bad about Abena are the tapes. If you tape them up too tight, the tapes break in the middle. If you don't get them right the first time, the tape is so aggressive that you will probably tear the diaper trying to adjust it.
They do have this blue intermediate tape to make them refastenable but it is designed more towards removing and refastening than it is for adjusting.
