Well, I never considered "doing anything". I observe, say "hi" and move on. Discretion, y'know.
Still, it's unusual for her to be toting those things around in such an obvious fashion, and on so many occasions in such a short time. Things have changed quite a bit since the 1970s when I saw quite a few adult women (and one pre-adolescent girl) in bulky cloth diapers that were painfully obvious.
