I use Molicare both the Super and medium. I also use Abena Abri-Form X Plus and Super. They both are quite quiet for their bulk. Unless one is in a library or work where it is very quiet it is very hard to tell that someone is wearing a diaper. With all the noise all around you, in a mall, park, walking in the city on a hike etc.Plus most people are so into their own world they are not paying attention to the possible sound of a person's diaper.
I do usually slip on a pair of underwear over my diaper to keep it snugger.
Anyone know of a brand make that is very loud/noticeable.
Depends maximum protection with the plastic backing and tree tapes seems to be the loudest I have worn.
